day 1 of my training regime
went to sch to run 9 rounds
and 2 7 point basketball game
i feel accomplished
however
im scared i'll juz drop dead and die. like NS ppl.

b4 i went to sch.
i saw this j2 screaming and crying.
my first time see girl so hiong one.
